1. Warranty

    A. Monumental Stone Works warrants all of its products to be free from defect as described in teh accepted industry standards. If in the unlikely event, defective material is identified prior to installation, Monumental Stone Works will replace, patch and/or repair the individual item.

   B. Monumental Stone Works makes no other warranties and/or guarantees regarding any of its products, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of Merchantability of Fitness for Particular Purpose. Our liability shall be limited in all events to supplying sufficient product to repair the specific defective areas. We shall have no other liability, including liability for incedental, consequential or resultant damages whether due to breach of warranty or negligence.
